Below are our terms of business, by requesting our services you confirm that you have read and agree to abide by the following terms set out as forth:

Design will only commence on your website once your payment has cleared and you have provided us with all necessary content, logos and images for your website.

Its your responsibility to ensure that you own the copyright to all logos, content and images you supply us.

We en devour to complete your website with changes within 5 working days however form time to time due to unforeseen circumstances this may not be possible. Funky Monkey Web Design cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur as a result.

Free hosting period commences from date of commission of your site. Any breach of terms or illegally supplied information or business activities may result in your free hosting being cancelled.

Once free hosting period expires the cost for hosting will be £10 for every 28 days. You may cancel your hosting at anytime. If you wish to transfer your hosting we charge £50 to put your site on disc and send it to you.

Payments are taken securely via Pay Pal. We do not get to see your bank or card details.

We will not pass on your details to any 3rd parties. We may use your details to keep you informed of your websites status and any special offers we may have.

We may feature your website in the portfolio and home page sections of FunkyMonkeyWebDesign.com

We will also place a link back to our portfolio at the bottom of your home page.

Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.

We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occur as a result of actions by third parties. We are not responsible for content of third party websites linked to or for the accuracy of information contained within any tutorials.
