Below are our terms of business, by requesting our services you confirm that you have read and agree to abide by the following terms set out as forth:

Design will only commence on your website once your first monthly payment has cleared and you have provided us with all necessary content, logos and images.
Its your responsibility to ensure that you own the copyright to all logos, content and images you supply us.
We en devour to complete your website with changes within 5 working days however form time to time due to unforeseen circumstances this may not be possible. Funky Monkey webdesign cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur as a result,
All web design packages have no minimum contract and you are free to cancel your payment at any stage. Once a payment has been missed we will cease hosting for your website and therefore it will not be available online anymore. To reactivate your website will require a £30 surcharge plus 1 months payment at your packages standard rate.
If you cancel your monthly payment within the first 12 months and would like a copy of your website on disc you will be charged £299, if you cancel after 12 month you will be charged £199.
Funk Monkey Web Design will not pass on your details to any 3rd parties. We may use your details to keep you informed of your websites status and any special offers we may have. We may also feature your website in the portfolio and home page sections of funkymonkeywebdesign.com. We will also place a link back to our portfolio at the bottom of your home page.
Funky monkey web design cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occur as a result of actions by third parties.
